  Positive reviews about the hotel: The lady at the reception was very knowledgable about the area and she was very friendy and helpfull.She also had a smie and was always willing to talk to us. She is a great asset to the facility.The rooms are very comfortable and the balconies are relaxing.It is very well situated and the security is very good. There is a night security man who is very friendly and will always take time to talk to you.very quiet at night so easy to sleep   Negative reviews about the hotel: none   Things to do near the hotel: shops- great scenery- church-fantastic walks-great restaurants- supermarkets-taxi rank very near and the taxis are very cheap and the drivers very friendly.Very near new town . Beach very central.   Other reviews: many irish and english bars and restaurants with great live music in the evenings. I went to some great spanish bars where i enjoyed the local customs. Shop around when buying cigarettes as they can vary in price.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Room was clean and the pool was nice.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Reception has very limited hours. No lifts.   Things to do near the hotel: Go to the beach. Busses also run to Arrecife every 20 mins for much of the day.
 

Hotel description

The complex comprises a total of 73 apartments spread over 4 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a reception desk, hotel safe and a currency exchange desk in addition to a TV room, public Internet access and a bicycle hire service. Medical services round off the services.

Emplacement

The apartments are situated in the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen, only a few minutes walk (approximately 500 m) from the beach. The resort centre is an around 10-minute walk from the hotel. The surrounding area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars, nightclubs, boutiques and shops. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

The apartments all come with an en suite bathroom, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a fridge, a hire safe, a lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace.

Guests are offered use of the swimming pool, snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. It is possible to play table tennis and billiards. The nearest golf course lies some 25 km away.
