  Positive reviews about the hotel: the hotel offered good value for money with friendly and helpful members of staff. The variety of food was excellent   Negative reviews about the hotel: the rooms was basic. the beds were uncomforatable and i had bruises where the springs were digging in and the noise of the lifts keep us awake
 

Hotel description

This themed hotel which represents a 800 m² cave, was refurbished in 2004 and includes 279 rooms spread over 12 floors. The hotel offers a lobby with lifts, a 24-hour reception, five bars and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children.

Emplacement

Situated in the residental area of the Rincón de Loix district of Benidorm. The hotel is roughly 150 m from Levante beach, 2 km from the town centre, 150 m from the nearest local bus stop, and 200 m from the nearest shops.

The hotel offers standard rooms with two beds or a double bed and a small double sofa bed, a bathroom with hairdryer, fridge and satellite TV. Air conditioning (from June to September) and central heating are also included along with tea and coffee facilities. Not all the rooms have a balcony. The other room type includes a lounge, a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed for two and two terraces.
 Sports/Entertainment
The hotel features 2 terraces and 2 swimming pools, one with a children's section. It offers billiards and games as well as a varied entertainment programme for adults and kids.
