 well situated. Somewere to put your head down. Clean. Some staff were very nice, but same staff never seen twice.  Extra charges for everthing, airconditioning, tv controls, cooked breakfast except free sunday etc. TV.Internet facility, no electric. Needs upgrading, clean but basic. bit like cells, looks nothing like the brochure, but it was cheap. I travel alot & it wasnt nice.  walk into St Julian & silemma. Well situated. Buses easy to aess & list given at reeption.

 a little old fashioned and been a while since any modernisation took place, however, clean affordable value and on this basis would stay again.

This hotel enjoys a great location minutes from a fabulous seaside promenade which is the pride and joy of this smart residential area. It has an atmosphere all of its own.
