  Positive reviews about the hotel: Very clean, and in a good situation   Negative reviews about the hotel: Reception check-in staff, were very ignorant, and let the Hotel ´s reputation down, Food was of poor quality, and had, very little choice, would not stay at the Hotel again, because of the meals.
 

Hotel description

This historic hotel was built in 1928, completely renovated in the year 2006 and features a tropical palm tree patio area with a sitting area. A reception, TV lounge, games room and 2 lifts are also available, and there is a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant in the hotel building. Guests are offered Internet access and a wifi area.

Emplacement

The hotel is centrally located in the attractive old town, at the end of the pedestrianised area. Various shopping and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. The attractive promenade and César Manrique, with its saltwater swimming baths, 8 bathing lakes and an artificial island are 5-10 minutes away. Playa Jardin is some 400 m from the hotel. There is a bus stop located just 200 m from the hotel. The airport is 30 km from the north of Tenerife and 115 km from the south of Tenerife.

The spacious rooms comprise an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Additional furnishings include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a hire safe and a fridge (for an additional fee). Some rooms have a balcony.
 Sports/Entertainment
The hotel has 3 roof terraces, of which one has a small heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are also included. On the roof terrace guests can also play table tennis or chess. The hotel organises an evening entertainment programme.
