 Clean, functional and overall a pleasant place to stay. Staff are courteous and efficient. Tasty English-style breakfast. Well-located in the centre of London and especially close to Russell Square tube station which is a big plus.  Improve the quality of the coffee (in sachets) offered in the rooms.  British Museum, British Library, shopping around Tottenham Court Road and bookshops along the Charing Cross Road. Good onnetions on Piadilly tube line to the West End via the nearby Russell Square underground station.

 Excellent location close to public transport, reasonably priced for London, easy to find and get to, tea and coffee facilities in the room, rooms clean and comfortable  Lifts either don't work properly or work very slowly, still a slight smell of fish in the lobby  Brunswik shopping omplex, museums, near an Underground station so the whole of London is within reah

 Nothing really special about this hotel but the price was very reasonable for being so close to the centre of London. The room was as good as anything you will get for twice the price.  Did not like the breakfasts. The seating arrangements were all communal tables and the staff were very slow in clearing and setting up. Spent a lot of time wandering about on my own trying to find somewhere to sit.  Only a fifteen minute walk from Piadilly.

The hotel is spread over 7 floors comprises a total of 523 rooms. The hotel includes a 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange counter, cloakroom and lifts. The attractive atrium lounge, the pub (open until 2am), the lively Sportsman's bar and the restaurant invite guests to stop off for a bite and a drink. The shopping centre on the neighbouring hotel, Imperial Hotel, awaits guests with a bank, hairdresser, newspaper kiosk and Chinese herbalist. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car parking (additional fee applies) or garage facilities. Room and laundry services complete the offer.

This hotel is located in the heart of Bloomsbury, only a short walk from the theatres, Convent Garden and the British Museum. Russell Square underground (Piccadilly Line) is located close to the hotel. Euston, St Pancreas and King's Cross stations are also nearby.
