 Breakfast was absolute chaos, the staff were very busy, but there was never any food, no hot water, no cutlery and no tea. The staff at checkin were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel for any individuals possibly it is better for group stays. The room had lights not working, mini bar was not replenished at all during 5 days stay, and the fridge wasn't cold either. I did not consider this to be a 5 star hotel, it was very disappointing.

 Big advantage to have the swimming pool in the summer months  Location is not great. Service wasn't brilliant. We had to wait one hour at the pool restaurant for one meal to arrive, at which point we just cancelled it as everyone else had finished. The lock on our room door wasn't working but we didn't realise this until the last day. The fire alarm went off at 5.30am in the morning for no particular reason and we seemed to be the only people evacuating. Most staff tried their best but you get the impression that it's not quite the hotel it was designed to be before it was taken over by Radisson. I would only return here if travelling in the summer months for the benefit of the rooftop pool which is a fabulous bonus in the heart and heat of Rome  Not a lot, but prominity to Termini station is good if you arrive depart from there
