 ROOMS WERE SMALL BUT ADEQUATE.FREE SAVE AND FRIDGE,HEATING VERY GOOD,PLENTY OF HOT WATER SAT TV VERY GOOD.  NO PROPER DINING ROOM,NO LOUNGE AT ALL ,BAR NEVER OPEN SO HAD TO GO OUT IN THE POURING RAIN IN THE EVENING FOR A DRINK,VERY POOR RECEPTION AS WE HAD TO TAKE OUR BAGS WITH US FOR HOURS ON OUR LAST DAY AS WE HAD NO WHERE TO LEAVE THEM. VERY LIMITIED FOOD AT BREAKFAST.  WE FOUND THE HOTEL IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR THE LEANING TOWER AND THE TRAIN STATION.THE MAIN SHOPING AREA WAS ALSO VERY CLOSE WE COULD NOT FAULT THE LOCATION.

 The chinese member of staff was a man of all trades and we can only praise him for doing the jobs by himself from bar attending, cleaning rooms, etc.. The receptionist was also very helpful!  Would of preferred a balcony or a better view from the room.. other than this, we accepted there were none rooms as mentioned available?!  Visit the leaning tower of Pisa, Cathedral, et..

This is an historic city residence housed in a restored property dating back to the end of the 19th century, even today it offers the atmosphere of the Art Nouveau period, and guests may spend a very pleasant holiday without missing the warmth of their own home. The accommodation encompasses 12 rooms of different types, from Romantic to Executive and facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area, a hotel safe, a bar, a restaurant and a WLAN access point (charges apply). Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and there are bicycles available for hire.

This residence is located right in the centre of Pisa, with all the places of interest in the city within walking distance. The city's famous leaning tower is just 200 m away. It is a 30-minute drive to the beach at Versilia and Florence is also 30 minutes away by car. The airport is only 5 km away and can be easily reached in a few minutes either by public or private transport.
