  Other reviews: Very nice residence, well equipped and very clean with nice touches.Just one word of warning - if coming by car suggest you go to Chiampino airport and follow directions to residence from there as Chiampino has a nightmare of a one-way system!

This city hotel was renovated in 2005 and comprises a total of six apartments, as well as a garden and a terrace. A car park is available for those arriving by car.

Emplacement

This city hotel enjoys a peaceful location, close to the centre of Ciampino and only around 2 km away from Ciampino airport. The centre of the Italian capital Rome with its numerous sightseeing attractions as well as plenty of shopping and entertainment opportunities is only around 5 km away, around a 15-minute drive. By train, guests will arrive in the centre of Rome in only about 10 minutes, and the railway station is about 300 m from the hotel.

The very comfortable and tastefully decorated apartments include an en suite bathroom. Each of the cosy lodgings also includes individually adjustable heating and air conditioning, as well as an integrated living room/ bedroom with satellite TV, a separate bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, an oven, and microwave. A balcony or terrace also features.
 Observations
It is compulsory to advise the hotel about arrival time as the reception is only open from 2 pm until 5 pm. Accommodation is not guaranteed if guests neglect to inform the hotel of their arrival time in advance, or in case of arrival after 9 pm. The hotel offers a collection service. Payment should be made directly to the driver, who will wait for guests in the arrivals hall at the airport. In order to make use of this service, guests should leave a name, flight number, time, and arrival airport with the hotel.
