  Positive reviews about the hotel: Clean, bright and spacious rooms with sufficient storage space.Central location great near to restaurants, bars, shops & tourist amenities   Negative reviews about the hotel: Would have been nice to have a small bar area to sit in at end of day/evening. As rooms were suites some crockery & cutlery would have been appropriate.   Things to do near the hotel: Royal Palace, Parks, Hop on Hop off bus stops, Shops,Restaurants Bars.

  Other reviews: We found the hotel reception staff to be very helpfull and their level of English was very good. The location was excellent being close to the areas we wanted to visit and also quite.
 

Hotel description

The complex opened for business in 2006. There are 57 rooms in total, spread over 6 floors. It is air-conditioned and features a lobby with 24-hour reception/check-out service, hotel safe, lift access, café, breakfast room, conference facilities and laundry service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a parking garage (limited to 18 spaces and subject to fees).

Emplacement

This studio complex is located close to Gran Via, just a few metres from Plaza de España and Palacio de Oriente, in Madrid de los Austrias' best recreational area. Public transport links can be found in the immediate vicinity, with Ventura underground station around 100 m away. The Prado Museum is about a 15-minute walk away. Principe Pio Train Station is about 1 km away, and Madrid Airport is about 15 km away.

By car from Madrid Barajas Airport: take the A2 towards Madrid. Upon reaching Avenida de América, continue onto Calle María de Molina. Continue until Plaza del Doctor Marañón, then turn left for Paseo de la Castellana. Continue for approximately 1.5 km and turn right towards Calle Génova. Continue straight on, past Calle Sagasti, Calle Carranza and Calle Alberto Aguilera. Arriving at Calle Princesa, turn left. 200 m further on, turn right for Calle Luisa Fernanda. After 150 m, turn left for Calle Juan Alvarez Mendizábal. The building is at number 17.
