  Positive reviews about the hotel: Clean towels and bed linen.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Bathroom: No shelf, table, or chair. The only clothes hooks were over the bidet where they could easily fall into it. Bedroom: No drawers or cupboards. Air conditioning controller did not work, the room just got colder and colder. Traffic noise may be bad at the front.   Things to do near the hotel: Hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the city centre, buses (Catalunya), and underground (Universitat). There are cafes nearby serving breakfast.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Reasonabnly near tourist sights   Negative reviews about the hotel: Not really there long enough for anything to affect us.   Things to do near the hotel: Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia   Other reviews: You might want to mention to the Spanish tourist board that maybe all the entrance fees for all the attractions are a bit on the pricey side.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: The check-in/check-out procedures were very quick and easy. The staff is very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, because it is located a few minute walk from the Rambla, where all the restaurants, night life and shopping are.   Negative reviews about the hotel: The room was not cleaned daily. The cleaning personel would just change the towels everyday. We stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned once.   Things to do near the hotel: Visit the Rambla, especially the Boqueria market, as well as Catalunya square.

Built in 2007, this brand new business and city hotel has a total of 81 rooms. The Aquarella restaurant, the snack bar and the Convention Centre are all part of the services available to provide you with a joyful stay, whilst conference rooms with the latest technology will allow your company events to run smoothly. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access and room and laundry services (charges apply). Emplacement

This hotel is located in the busiest commercial and business area of Barcelona. Just a few steps away from Plaza Universidad and very near to Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña. Barceloneta beach is a 10 minute drive from the hotel, Gaudi's houses are a 5 minute drive and the Sagrada Familia is a 10 minute drive. The nearest metro station is 500 m away, the bus station is 2 km away, the train station is 3 km away and Barcelona International Airport is 12 km from the hotel.

From the AIRPORT, go along Autovia Castelldefels and Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, crossing through España Square. Go straight down Gran Via until nº 570 (between Casanova Street and Muntaner Street). From TARRAGONA, LÉRIDA and MADRID, go along A-2 motorway and Diagonal Avenue, turn right into Numancia street, go down this street and go along Tarragona street until España square. Go through España square direction Gran Via-Down town. Go straight down Gran Via until nº 570 (between Casanova Street and Muntaner Street). By PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, take the train from the airport to Sants Railway Station. From there take the underground line 3 direction Canyelles to the Universitat stop. Alternatively you can take the Airport Bus and get off at the Gran Via-Universitat stop.
