The physical elevation of the hotel means most of the apartments afford beautiful sea views. Those apartments without a sea view have excellent views of the Stara Planina Mountain. There units range from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, to presidential suits. The unit sizes of the apartments vary between 59 m² and 135 m². Almost one third of all the units are larger than 90 m². All come with a bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, safe, washing machine, ironing set, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities. All have air conditioning and central heating. Rooms come with double or king-size beds as standard. There is also a living room area in each apartment.

There is an indoor swimming pool in the apartment hotel Sigma, 3 open air pools with two water slides and one children's pool, all of which are available to guests of Sunset Resort, spread out over 3500m².
