 lovely hotel centrally located and very clean.  I brought a present with me for a relative living in london and it was in the floor in my room and after staying the first night the cleaner lifted it and threw it out with the rubbish! I reported this to the desk and no one tried to find my belongings or keep me informed of any search!  Lots of things to do, espeially if you like shopping!! The hotel is situated just off londons busy oxford street and is also quite entrally loated to most of londons famous landmarks and tourist attrations.

 Good location near Oxford Street. Complimentary Elemis tolietries in bathroom. Good choice of tv channels.  Oxford Street shopping. Hyde Park. Theatreland is a short walk.
