This hotel is situated in a quiet area of Saint Helier, within close proximity to Jersey's Green Lane Network and countryside. The centre of Saint Helier, where guests will find shopping facilities, is within a 20 to 25-minute walk from the hotel, and a bus service operates from directly outside the property. Jersey Airport is 4 km from the hotel.

On the island, keep left, and go straight on following the B36. At the junction, then turn right onto the A12 (Beaumont Hill). At the next junction, turn left onto the A1 (the main coastal road into Saint Helier). Turn left before the Grand Hotel is on the left (keeping Victoria's restaurant on the right). Follow this road until the next junction, keeping right, and then immediately get in the left-hand lane, taking the 1st left onto Rouge Bouillon. Follow this past the police station on the right until reaching the large island at the end of the road. Go straight at the island onto Queens Road (A9). Follow this road up the hill until passing Stampers Convenience Store, and take the next left onto St Johns road. Follow this road for a few hundred meters until reaching the hotel on the right. The entrance to the car park is situated just past the main hotel reception (parking at rear).
