  Positive reviews about the hotel: nice apartment complex located in a very quiet "out of town" area, ideal for couples or familys. complex has two decent pools, nice gardens and tennis/five a side football court. the pol bar also serves decent food at a good price witha take away opion - ideal if traveling with smal children who are in bed early. would return.   Negative reviews about the hotel: appartment was cleaner than most on arrival, but could have done with a "deep down" clean - under tables & beds, bath, kitchen units, fridge etc.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Very friendly place, quiet but close enough to good restaurants etc and a short drive to local town. Really nice place to relax with drinks and food very reasonably priced. Perfect location to enjoy some peace and quiet.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Do not stay here if you want to be in very close proximity to loads of bars etc as it is a few km from a town. Has the potential to be full of families in the summer months due to cheap price, though this was not experienced by us so all good :).   Things to do near the hotel: Most things need a car, but there are some great places to eat within walking distance and beaches not too far away. Good bus service as well.   Other reviews: Overall a good time was had - I would not recommend if you want night lif (unless that involves good food and wine).

  Positive reviews about the hotel: It was very clean and the surroundings (ie. the gardens and pool area) were very restful. I enjoy staying in a smaller place and the Vale de Carros fit the bill perfectly! We enjoyed our stay very much.   Things to do near the hotel: There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There is a supermarket and a few small shops. The beach is a short walk away.

Built in 1987 in a typical Portuguese style, this hotel includes a total of 44 apartments, 39 studios and 21 villas spread over 2 floors. The hotel complex has a lobby, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a café and a 10,000-m² garden. Younger guests are offered a playroom and a playground to let off steam. In addition, the hotel offers use of a public Internet terminal and guests may park their cars in the car park .
