Standard of decor and facilities in hotel was good, but general standard was let down by the recptionist taking a long time to finish a telephone call and then proceeding to make a futher call before checking me in. If the room had not been pre-booked I might have considered going somewhere else. No choice of menu for the meal inclued in the Half Board price was disappointing and unfair pricing for a glass of wine - Priced per half glass (!) on the Wine List. Would not recommend.

the staff are excellent--extremely helpful and professional. The only problem was the bar closing time of 11.00p.m. on the dot--any other hotel i have stayed across Europe, residents are able to get an alcoholic drink at any time day or night-this aspect of your service has been commented on before

Opened in 2001, the hotel comprises a total of 40 double rooms spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a spacious foyer area with lifts, hotel safes, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. In addition, there is a TV room, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. There is a conference room and Internet connection available for those travelling on business. Laundry service as well as a car park (with charge) round off the offerings.
