location was great and central for all things like shopping,hop on bus tour etc.hotel was very clean and comfortable with the bedrooms being no exception.staff were professional at all times and nothing was any trouble.great breakfast in the mornings.disappointed with evening meal-not expensive just a bit slapdash and tasteless.overall would definitely stay at cassidys again.4/5

Excellent quality hotel, 10 mins to Temple Bar and in the heart of the shopping area but far enough away to get a good nights sleep!
 

This is a comfortable, family-owned and operated, 113-bedroom boutique style city hotel located in 3 converted Georgian buildings in Dublin's city centre. This charming historical hotel welcomes both families and business travellers. Facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-in service, a restaurant, a bar, conference facilities, a hotel safe and a currency exchange facility. There is also lift access, a disco and guests may take advantage of room and laundry services and public Internet access. There is also a car park for guests' use.

  This hotel is located at the top of O'Connell Street, Dublin's main street; and lies within easy walking distance of Dublin Castle and Trinity College. The hotel is also close to Croke Park, Temple bar and the main shopping areas of Henry Street and Grafton Street where guests will also find restaurants, bars, clubs and links to the public transport network. Dublin Airport is only 10 km away.

Guests coming from Dublin City Airport should take the express coach service to the city centre which departs every 15 minutes, then alight at Gresham Hotel on O'Connell Street and the hotel is a 2-minute walk north. Those arriving by bus should take the route 41C double-decker bus and alight at Gardner Street at the junction of Parnell Street. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away, first to O'Connell Street and then north.
