Getting charged twice for the same room and very poor response thereafter is wholey unacceptable. And no I wouldn't recommend the hotel or service to anyone.
 

This city hotel is designed to meet the needs of today's budget-conscious family, corporate guest or short break customer. It comprises a total of 54 rooms, of which 3 are disability friendly, spread over 4 floors. Among the facilities on offer count an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, public Internet access and a WLAN access point. There is also parking available beside the hotel for guests arriving by car.

  The hotel is located in close proximity to many of Dublin's restaurants, theatres, art galleries and museums. It is about 1.5 km from St. Stephen's Green and Dublin City Centre. It is set in vibrant part of town, and there are quirky shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs all within a 2-minute walk of the hotel. In around half an hour guests can reach a wide range of attractions, including the Temple Bar leisure district, Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral and Guinness Hop Stores. Dublin International Airport is approximately 16 km from the hotel.

If taking public transport from the airport take the Air Coach bus from Dublin Airport to the city centre, get off the bus on O'Connell Street then take a bus from Fleet Street to Rathmines. The bus numbers are 14, 14A, 15, 15A. Alternatively take a taxi from Dublin Airport for approximately 25 euros.

The rooms are spacious and elegantly-designed and feature either double or twin beds. Each one comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, a satellite/ cable TV with remote control, a radio, tea and coffee-making facilities, an iron and ironing board and individually adjustable heating controls and Wi-Fi access in all bedrooms.
 Observations
The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. There are however several options for dining in the immediate vicinity. A bus to and from the city centre departs every 5 minutes, adjacent to the hotel.
