Generally the room was good, but the windows were old and did not have handles and didn't close properly, as the room overlooked a busy roundabout it was quite noisey.

This popular and centrally located hotel is ideally located for those wishing to explore the city and its countless sights of interest. It comprises a total of 151 rooms spread over 7 floors. Facilities include lobby area with a reception desk, conference room, a bar serving bar food daily until 9.30pm and a restaurant serving a delicious buffet breakfast and evening meals. Parking is also on offer (charges apply) to guests arriving by car and there is a laundry service available mid-week. The location is ideal for those travelling from Shannon Airport or visiting some of our local attractions such as King Johns Castle or Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.

The hotel is situated at the heart of the city, on the bank of the River Shannon and just a two-minute stroll from the shopping and cultural centre of this vibrant, historic city.

From Shannon Airport, leave the airport following signs for Limerick on the N18, then follow signs for Limerick city centre. Cross the River Shannon on to Lower Mallow Street and the hotel is on the right-hand side. Arriving by car from Dublin, take the N7 from Dublin to Limerick directly into the city. At the Parkway Shopping Centre roundabout take the second exit with the shopping centre now on the left. Follow this road to the next roundabout and take the first exit for the city centre. At the next set of lights turn left. The Hunt Museum will now be on the right. Follow straight through this street (Patrick Street) onto O'Connell Street and drive straight through until arriving at a set of traffic lights on Lower Mallow Street (third set of traffic lights). Turn immediately right. The hotel is located at the bottom of this street on the left, before reaching the roundabout.
