 third time i have booked accommodation through this website and second time I stayed at Sligo Park was very impressed with everything
 

Hotel description

The family-friendly hotel is ideal for holidaymakers as well as for business travellers. It features a garden and a terrace and comprises a total of 137 rooms including 1 suite and 2 disability-friendly rooms. Amongst the facilities of this hotel count a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange, a cloakroom and lift access as well as a café, a bar, a restaurant, Internet access with a WLAN access point and dedicated conference facilities. For an additional fee guests are also able to take advantage of the room and laundry services. There is parking for those arriving by car and a playground for younger guests.

This hotel is located a 5-minute drive from Sligo Town centre, in County Sligo, set in quiet parkland and surrounded by some of the most scenic countryside in Ireland, ranging from the majestic Benbulben to the gentle waters of Lough Gill. County Sligo is perched in the north western corner of Ireland's breathtaking Atlantic Coast and is home to a diversity of landscapes and a rich plethora of prehistoric sites. The Irish poet and playwright, William Butler Yeats had close ties with Sligo. There are many reminders of Yeats' frequent visits to Sligo in and around Sligo Town such as the interesting sculpture, inscribed with the poet's verses, located outside the town's Ulster Bank.
