walking from train station & near the main attractions we did not find the staff welcolming nor friendly. The breakfast selection was very small in comparison to other hotels we had stayed in.

There was not a big variety of food at breakfast and some of it seemed just a little bit not absolutely fresh. On the other hand, the coffee was great! There was a little noise from the street outside, which fortunately stopped at night. The hotel is in a entral area in Florene so one an visit all sights on foot, as well as enjoy shopping at the entral shopping area or the street market. The railway station is also at a ten minute distane (always on foot).

Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a lift and a café. There is also a bar, a TV room, a restaurant, a conference room, a public Internet terminal and laundry and room services. For an additional fee, guests can use the bicycle storage facility and hotel car park.
