Hotel description

The hotel is a 19th century building composed of 21 completely renovated suites. It was previously home to the Accademia dei Risoluti, which gave birth to the Florence theatre named Alfieri. There are 2 modern elevators to get to the apartments. In front of the building there is car parking. Inside there is a reception area to receive and assist guest.

Emplacement

It is found in the centre of the old city of Florence, at the point where the road meets Piazza Ciompi, 150 m from the square of Santa Croce, 350 m from Piazza del Duomo and about 500 m from Via Tornabuoni the famous Florence shopping street.

By Taxi: can find a taxi stand in front of the railway station. It will take 5 min to arrive. From Airport it will take 15 min. |Walking: the hotel is situated about 20 min walk from S.M.Novella railway station. From the station walk in the direction of Piazza del Duomo, along via Cerretani. Walk across the Dome and will find Via dell'Oriuolo and the end of the street turn left in Via S.Egidio, at the end of the street continue for few meters in Piazza Dei Ciompi.

All the suites consists of an entrance, a large living room; a fully-equipped kitchen-corner and 1 or 2 or 3 double bedroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms (shower and/or with tub). Double sofa bed available in the living room. Some apartments are completely painted in fresco during the XIX century other are furnished with private terrace (30-55 m2).
 Observations
To enter the suites guest must collect keys at the reception. Reception desk is open from 9:00h-18:00h. For late check-in the guests could be requested an extra fee.
