 Nice location, staff friendly  No hot water for the shower, tatty decoration internally, not a great first impression from the outside it didn't look cared for. Difficult to find there was no easily identifiable signs on the outside gate we drove past it twice!  Visit Firenze

 No fulltime receptionist, no tv or telephone in rooms, personal facilities very poor, breakfast very basic little choice.This Villa is in need of organisation and rooms need updating ie fitting wardrobes in place of hanging rails

This hotel is located in an elegant residential area of Florence, very close to the centre and to the main monuments and museums such as the Uffizi Gallery (3 km), Ponte Vecchio (3 km) and Michelangelo's David (2 km). It is located very close to Saint John's Fortress, the Exhibition Centre where Pitti Immagine Fashion Shows are held. Although located near the centre of Florence, the hotel is set in a large park and is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards. It is the ideal place to stay for guests wishing to visit Florence and its surroundings. From the hotel guests can reach the centre of Florence (Saint Mark's Square / Cathedral Square) in 5 minutes by car or by bus. The nearest bus stop is located 5 minutes away.
