The accommodation is peacefully private and decorated to a high standard with a brand new kitchen amongst other recent enhancements. A gorgeously cool portico encircles 2 sides and the first floor can be accessed through a doorway from here. The layout of this villa would be ideal for 2 families who require a certain level of privacy. There is a 300-metre-long private driveway leading to the house and ample parking. The hotel offers 10 suites in total.

  This is a modern villa located on a hillside above the already high town of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi and offering far-reaching and quite breathtaking views over the Gulf of Naples and also over the Gulf of Salerno. There is a WWF protected pine forest near the villa, great for cool relaxing walks or shaded jogging for more energetic guests. Sant'Agata town centre is 2 km from the hotel and the sea and beach are 5 km away.

From Naples Airport: follow signs for the A3 motorway Salerno/Reggio Calabria. Pass exits for Ercolano, Torre Annunziata and Pompeii. Exit at Castellammare Di Stabia. Once off the motorway follow signs for Sorrento SS145 Costierra Sorrentina. Drive through three highway tunnels then along the coastal road, bypass Vico Equense, drive through Meta di Sorrento, and stay on this road until you see a large yellow sign for L'Inernational Camping I Pini on the left. After about 100 m there will be a t-junction, turn left following signs for Positano and Amalfi. Follow the road for 800 m as far as a y-junction, turn left and continue for 100 m, where there will be another t-junction. Turn RIGHT and continue following signs for Positano and Amalfi: continue along this road for approximately 2.6 km. At a junction with signs to the right for Sant'Agata (amongst others), turn right and continue along this road for approximately 1.9 km until passing an ocre and pink coloured church to the left. After 500 m there will be a small residential area called Localita'Colli di Fontanelle. On the left there should be a stone building and small children's play area and to the right a sign for Comune di S.Agnello, Colli di Fontanelle, near a car park. Stop here and phone the owners on one of the above numbers. The owners will then come to meet and accompany guests the rest of the way to the villa (4 km away).

On the ground floor is a hallway, sitting/dining room, kitchen/diner with hob, oven, and fridge/freezer, 2 double rooms and an en suite bathroom with WC. On the first floor (via exterior door) are 2 double rooms, a shower room with WC and washing machine and a small kitchen with hob, oven and fridge/freezer. The apartments are also equipped with an ironing set and central heating. They also feature a private terrace as standard.
 Sports/Entertainment
There is a swimming pool within the hotel grounds and guests can relax on the sun deck using the sun loungers and parasols provided.
