Positives: The staff are amazing friendly and helpful (in particular the shuttle bus driver and restaurant manager), and made our holiday. The reception staff had information on everything we asked about from day trips to airport transfers. The hotel was good value for money, and had good facilities (the pool was especially nice). Rooms were air conditioned and all had their own balconies with either a view of the coast, or a view of the mountains, and were very clean. Breakfast was the usual continental fare and was very nice. There are regular free (except in the evenings when it's 1 euro each) shuttle buses into town, and there is a local bus stop right outside the hotel. That bus runs until 1am. The camp site shop over the road sells water and snacks at very reasonable prices.Negatives: The hotel is located a good 20 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, and there is no pavement for part of the walk (hence I would not recommend walking for families with young children). The rooms could do with updating and the beds were ok but not fabulous.All in all a very pleasent stay and I would definitely go again.
 

The welcoming city hotel comprises 5 floors in the main building and 3 floors in the neighbouring building with a total of 95 rooms. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange counter and a lift. Further facilities include an American style bar, II Ventaglio and an à la carte restaurant with air conditioning and highchairs for infants. Local and international dishes are served up here. A conference room is available to business travellers. Additionally room and laundry services are available, a car park rounds up the facilities on offer.

Charming coastal paths lead from the hotel and allow guests to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view. Naples airport is 65 km away.
