This hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and comprises 172 rooms and 2 suites. Facilities include a lobby with a 24 hour reception desk, an Internet terminal (charges apply), and a lift. The hotel also features a café, a selection of shops, a piano bar (20th April - 10th June), an à la carte pizzeria, a TV room, a main restaurant for evening meals (Fenicotteri), a beach restaurant for lunch from June until September (Golfi di Marinella), a poolside restaurant (Il Laghetto) also only open in the summer, and a breakfast room. There are also rooms available for conferences and meetings. For younger guests (4-12 years) there is a kids' club (summer only). A laundry service may be taken advantage of, as well as a car park.
