sparse, no lights in kitchen, no proper usentils of washing up equiptment. Not enough towles or bed linen. No kettle or enough proper cooking equiptment. No lights in hall way. Broken sofa. Lots by town.

Very close to the town and beach, easy to get about Current building work outside the back of the building was very noisy from 07.30 in the morning, and balcony could not be used because of this. Oven did not work, Contact line had nobody who spoke english Beah 500m away, port 1m, lots of good restaurants and afes, inluding Papa Satans, exellent for Pizza and pasta.

comfortable apartment in quiet part of quiet town.Charming owner very friendly.Check in was telephone call to owner who arrived within 10 minutes

The apartment complex is situated on the north coast of Sardinia, in Santa Teresa Gallura, an ancient fishing village of small stone houses, and near Bocche di Bonifacio, the strait which connects Sardinia with Corsica. It is about 400 m from Rena Bianca, one of the many sandy and shingle beaches with beautiful water. The Rena Bianca received the \"\"blue flag\"\" due to the clear water. The town centre Santa Teresa is easily reached after 400 m. Olbia airport is 62 km away.

From Olbia: drive through the SS125 for 27 km. At Arzachena cross the town and go on through the SS133 for 17 km towards Palau. Reached the Capannaccia resort run the SS133 bis for 18 km till arrive in Santa Teresa. |From Alghero: drive across the regional road towards Porto Torres for about 36km. From Porto Torres go through the SS200 road towards Platamona for about 100 km driving through Trinità d'Ugultu, Costa Paradiso, Portobello di Gallura and Vignola. At the crossroads run the SS133 bis for 1,5km till Santa Teresa. |Santa Teresa di Gallura: run Via Nazionale for about 1 km towards the town centre and turn left after the Agip Petrol Station. Then turn right in Via Valle d'Aosta. Run a cross it till the crossroads with Via Capo Testa. Turn left in Via Capo Testa, run it for 50 m and reach the meeting point in Via Capo Testa, 30.

There is an apartment for 2 people with a living/dining room, a bedroom, a kitchen or kitchenette with a fridge, a freezer, a gas stove or oven, a bathroom/shower with a bidet, and a furnished balcony or terrace. The apartment for 4 people has the same furnishings but also a sofa bed in the living/dining room. The third apartment is for 6 people and has a living/dining room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms and the same fittings as the other apartments.
