there was no hotel bus but a public bus was just around the corner which was very good.the marina area was lovely with lots of shops and nice eating places.the hotel was lovelybut try to get a side or front room the staff were realy helpful and very nice.all in all our stay was very good with only one hour to reach the center of rome it was nice to be able toget out of town and come back to peace and quiet.the airport was very handy to get to and from,at around 30 euros each way well worth it.the only down side was the surroundingarea was a bit run down,but u really just pass through it on the bus.but the marina area makes up for it.

The level of customer service is equal to a 2* hotel, not a 4* hotel. I would recommend to be more open to foreigners and give them a different approach then the rome visitors. Just a few missing points: No pricing info minibar, no english menu, no environemental information (must see, banks, eg), No WiFi in the room, and no bar that doesn't look like a restaurant. No shower at the gym, no welness area. And the receptiion does not understand English very well or does not want to understand it well. So in short, it's a nice place but needs a lot of improvement on service.

There is also a café, breakfast room, conference room, and a snack bar on the terrace. The excellent service ideally caters to guests' needs.

Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport lies around 6 km from the hotel.
