g~The hotel was excellent as the pictures suggest. it was very clean with friendly helpful staff and very good value for money. The only negative point would be the road between the railway station and the hotel not having pavement, making access on foot quite tricky especially at night.

potential to be a very nice hotel. Rooms were spotless and bathrooms well equiped with marble floors and surfaces. What looked like a very nice restaurant. Our room wasnt ready as we checked in around 1030am even though we only saw one other person in the hotel, but after around 15mins they let us have the room. Looks were deceiving. The TV had nowhere to plug in, the radio didnt work and to get hot water you had to run the basin, shower and bidet taps for 15 minutes. When we mentioned it to check in staff the next morning she didnt understand us as her English wasnt too good and my Italian is non existant. The restaurant closes on a Tuesday night and the restaurants in town a EUR10 taxi ride away do not open til 8pm. Nothing. Ciampino Airport approx 20 mins away in rush hour.
