We spent two nights at Hotel Genio, in March 2008. Exellent location, a bit loud during the night. Lovely roof terrace with exellent view, small, yet practical room, but the bed was unconfortably soft. Breakfast was over my expectations, concerning both quality and variety. If you spend only a weekend in Rome, and the location is important for you, probably one of the best option.
 

Built in 1902 and renovated in 2002, this air-conditioned hotel offers a total of 60 rooms spread over 6 floors. In addition, guests may make use of the TV room and enjoy the panoramic views from the terrace.

  This traditional style, popular hotel is located in the centre of Rome, close to the famous Piazza Navona. Various sights including the Spanish Steps and St. Angel Castle are in the hotel's vicinity.
