Pleasant lobby and desk. Decor good quality. Quite a way from tourist centres. Hot water was never more than luke warm. Breakfast was unimaginative but got one started for the day. Room was small and there was only one chair. Two rooms would appear to have been made from one, perhaps a sign of the times. Tried walking to Spanish steps via the river only one. There was a good bus servie and metro on the doorstep. Tourist Rome needed publi transport to get there. There were organised sight seeing exursions with pik ups from the Hotel.

Air conditioning did not work. Quiet room requested, but the room was very noisy, first floor, at the front overlooking the busy square. One night there was very loud music from below.

This hotel is situated in the Parioli district close to the Gardens of the Villa Borghese. An underground station is situated nearby. The tourist centre and the Via Veneto lie around 2 km away, the Piazza di Spagna is around 2.2 km away, the Piazza Navona and the Trevi fountain are 2.5 km away and the coliseum is roughly 2.6 km from the hotel. Guests will reach Ciampino airport in about 15 km, whilst Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport is approximately 25 km from the hotel. Florence lies around 30 km away.

From Termini train station take Bus no. 910 or the metro to Flaminio train station. There change to the metro and ride until Euclide station.
