Very small room, no tea/coffee making facilities (expected of a 4* hotel).Breakfast poor quality with no toast, orange juice, cooked option---other European countries have this as standard.Staff friendly and helpful.

did not give an early morning call as arranged nearley missed our flight.

The hotel, which was renovated in 2007, has a gentle design based on essential outlines and conceived inwards in a minimalist style. The 83 marvellous rooms are spread over 5 floors and confirm the tone of special elegancy that the environs suggest. The bright breakfast hall and the unique American Bar, enrich the Hotel with a new atmosphere, with all the comforts and services offered to the guests. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe and lift access. Conference facilities also feature. Guests may also like to avail of room and laundry services. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car.

After crossing Via Merulana turn right onto Via Matteo Boiardo. From Termini Station: upon reaching Viale Manzoni cross Via Emanuele Filiberto, and then take a left onto Via Matteo Boiardo. By A Line Subway disembark at San Giovanni, from where Via Matteo Boiardo is a 5 minute walk away.
