Originally built in 1700 and renovated in 2000, this historic hotel comprises a total of 30 rooms. The warm and friendly atmosphere, combined with the building's rich history and precious Venetians artefacts, will make every guest's stay an unforgettable one.   Located in the historic and artistic centre of Venice, but in a very calm area, the hotel enjoys an ideal location. It is situated not far from Rialto bridge and St Mark's square, just 5 minutes' walking distance from Piazzale Roma (the airport bus terminal, parking area and waterbus terminal) and just 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station. Marco Polo International Airport is just around 15 km away, while Treviso San Angelo Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel.

From Marco Polo airport take bus number 5 to Piazzale Roma, 4 minutes' walk from the hotel. From St Lucia railway station cross the big bridge over the Grand Canal and take the road ahead, then go towards 'Rio Marin' for just 3 minutes.
