This art nouveau-style hotel features a spacious terrace and private parklands. It was built in 1905, was embellished with a polychrome majolica façade in 1914 and underwent renovation work in 2002. There are a total of 80 rooms available within the hotel. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk; safes, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift in addition to a bar. Room and laundry services are available, as is a car park (free of charge) and a bicycle storage facility. The hotel staff are on hand to assist guests in the organisation of excursions and guided tours through Venice.

The light, elegant rooms are all carpeted and each come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar/ fridge, a hire safe and a terrace. The heating and air conditioning are individually controllable. The rooms on the lower three floors are decorated in the original art nouveau style whilst the fourth floor was fully renovated in 2002 and offers breathtaking views out over Venice Lagoon and the Lido. Rooms with access for wheelchair users may be booked.
