 there should be a note on the tranfer costs to the hotel , i took a water taxi for Euros 80 to get there whereas the water bus costs around Euros 10 cvisiting the island is quite nice  visiting the island is quite nie

The air-conditioned complex has a fantastic position and is a typical old villa recently restored with 19 suites stylishly furnished and equipped with all facilities. There is a magnificent breakfast room facing St Mark's Square. Further facilities include a reception area with 24-hour service and lift access. Laundry service is also available.

The hotel is located on Lido Island, only a few steps from the water bus stop to Venice, 10 minutes from St Mark's Square by waterbus and a 10 minute walk from the beach and the town centre. Venice Airport is 15 km away while Treviso Airport is 40 km away.

From Venice Airport take the Alilignea ferry which goes every 30 minutes. From Venice station (S. Lucia) take ferry number 51 which leaves every 20 minutes. By car take ferry 17 from Tronchetto (Venice) which leaves every 50 minutes.
