My main concern was the fact that I requested a non-smoking room through Hotelopia and this information was not passed to the hotel. Although there were non-smoking rooms available this had not been requested by Hotelopia at the time of booking (I further requested this at check-in so it was ok). However, for me being in a smoking room would have ruined my holiday however good the hotel! Thank goodness it was sorted out by the hotel. In furture it woudl be helpful if you could forward the request to the hotel.
 

A landmark, high rise hotel with 1,500 guest rooms and 29 restaurants and bars, standing in the middle of the popular Shinjuku district. It also offers a fitness centre, an outdoor pool and a tea-ceremony room.
