Monterrey is a Mexican city that is one of the most important tourist cities in the country; indeed it has many places for enjoying culture and entertainment.
One of the most visited places is the Gran Plaza square in the centre of the city. Government House and the Paseo Santa Lucia are located here.
One of the most distinctive monuments is the Commerce Tower, which, at 170 metres, is one of the tallest in the country. The old part of the city, the "Barrio Antiguo", is home to many cafés, restaurants, pubs and clubs. There are also green spaces in Monterrey, and you can spend an afternoon surrounded by nature.
