Opened in 2002, these luxury hotels are decorated in Mayan or Spanish colonial style and comprise 29 elegant villas with a total of 836 air conditioned rooms. Facilities include many bars and restaurants all over the complex, shops, Internet access (charges apply), a nightclub, an auditorium and conference rooms. The hotel also features a lobby with 24-hour reception service. Laundry and medical services (charges apply) are also available. Parking spaces can be found outside.

  These luxury hotels are situated directly on the beachfront of the Mayan Riviera, surrounded by 700,000 m² of tropical gardens in a fantastic location on the white, 800 metre-long sandy beach. They are roughly 30 km to the city centre.

From the Cancún airport take the Chetumal-Puerto Juárez highway in the direction of Tulum, going through the towns of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and lastly, Puerto Aventuras. From this last town, continue driving for 5 more minutes and you will find the resort on your left.

Standard rooms have the completed comfort and come either with 1 king size bed or 2 queen size beds. Rooms feature fully equipped bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer and bathroom amenities, a direct dial telephone, cable TV with internal movie channel, safe, balcony or terrace with table and chairs. Further fittings include a minibar refilled daily, a tea and coffee machine, ironing equipment, air conditioning thermostat, a ceiling fan and a desk with lamp. There are also Junior Suites, Mayan Suites (specially designed for couples) and Suites available.
 Sports/Entertainment
In the outdoor complex guests will find 4 swimming pools, poolside snack bars and sun loungers and parasols. There is also a spa with a sauna, jacuzzi, solarium, steam room and gym. Massages and body treatments with charge. Activity programme for adults and children and many sport facilities. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use on the beach, where various water sports are on offer (charges apply) including diving and catamaran sailing.
