Hotel description

Renovated in 2007, this hotel comprises a total of 166 single rooms, 130 double rooms and 160 suites spread over 4 floors. The hotel includes a lobby area with 24-hour reception service, a currency exchange, shops and a hairdresser's salon. Additionally, spread around the complex is 4 bars, the 'Boom Boom' nightclub (at the entrance) and 4 restaurants. A beauty salon, a show stage and a photography shop are also offered within the complex. Car parking and garage facilities may also be used. Laundry, room and medical services round off the facilities on offer.

Emplacement

This attractive hotel is located close to the picturesque town of Playa del Carmen, on the strip of land between Cancun and the excavated settlement in Tulum. The ecological water parks X-Caret and Xel-Ha are also situated nearby, directly by the beautiful never-ending sandy beach of Playacar in vast, tropical surroundings. The region is rich in findings from the Maya Period. The centre of Playa del Carmen can be reached within around 3 km. Here, various shopping and entertainment facilities as well as taxi and bus connections can be found. Transfer time from Cancun airport to the hotel takes around 50 minutes.

A seasonal entertainment programme runs throughout the day and evening offering shows and evening amusement in both the open-air theatre and nightclub. 'Galaxy Kids Club' offers a play area, a children's pool and a cafeteria (2-12 years) as well as a Teens Club (12-17 years).
