The hotel is ideal for couples, families and nature enthusiasts. The air-conditioned hotel comprises 78 country houses with a total of 996 rooms. They are situated on extensive grounds on the edge of the exotic jungle. The accommodation is comfortable and various facilities such as restaurants, a bar, a nightclub, a theatre and many sports and leisure options are available. Guests may additionally make use of the laundry service. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the kids' club. Use of a car park and garage is also available.

Located on the exclusive Mayan Riviera, this luxurious hotel is only 10 minutes from the picturesque town of Playa del Carmen. Opposite the sea and surrounded by diversified nature, guests here are able to explore the exotic beach and jungle vegetation with swamps, moor landscape and natural lagoons. The attractions are Playa del Carmen beach with its variety of bars, restaurants, craft workshops as well as Xcaret and Xel-Ha nature parks with their wide selection of animal life. A diversity of activities is also to be enjoyed in this holiday area including all types of water sports, excursions to the forest and natural springs. Guests will reach Cancún airport in approximately 45 km and public transport links in 45 minutes.

The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite colour TV, a radio alarm clock, a minibar with mineral water, refreshments and beer (restocked every 2 days), 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed, a hire safe, a ceiling fan, a balcony with garden/ jungle/ pool views and air conditioning. The standard rooms feature a views of the sea but have no balcony. A double bed additionally features in the deluxe and junior suites.

The hotel grounds there are 4 heated swimming pools and 2 children's pools. Visitors have the opportunity to use the spa area with sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and massage services while staying at the hotel. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a workout in the gym. The hotel also comprises 2 tennis courts with lighting (one is located in the sports complex) and a running track, of which use is unrestricted during the opening times (use of balls and rackets included, suitable clothing is desired). The hotel additionally offers a water sports centre with deep-sea fishing, diving, diving lessons, snorkelling equipment, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing (no lessons included) and boogie boarding. In the two kids' clubs (for 4 to 12 year olds), children may enjoy a programme of supervised activities: swimming in the pools, a children's playground, games, handicrafts and children's disco. A hotel leisure programme and further leisure equipment are also available. Tours, archery, darts, bocce, table tennis, dance lessons, billiards, football, basketball, aerobics, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball and volleyball are also on offer. The evening entertainment includes various evening shows, live music (once a week) and a handicrafts workshop.
