The elegant, modern hotel offers 5 floors with a total of 1020 rooms and guests have access to the 50 hectares of beautiful tropical gardens that surround the hotel as well as to the impressive reception pavilion. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, various shops, a hairdresser's salon, 6 bars, an open-air nightclub, a large theatre, 2 buffet restaurants and 2 air-conditioned à la carte restaurants (offering Spanish and Mexican cuisine) as well as a beachside restaurant. Guests may additionally make use of the public Internet terminal, room laundry and medical services, the child-care service (kids' club for those aged 4 to 10 years of age), a babysitting service (for an additional fee) as well as a car park and a garage.

This exclusive beach hotel is located along the approximately 2 km long, palm tree-lined sand beach, close to the barrier reef. This is the ideal stopover point for those wishing to go snorkelling or diving. Links to the public transport network lies just a stone's throw from the hotel and there are excellent connections to Playa del Carmen, in and around which guests will discover many shopping venues as well as restaurant, diverse bars, pubs, cafés and many more nightlife venues. It is approximately 3 km to Puerto Aventuras, 25 km to Playa del Carmen, 35 km to Tulum, 40 km to the famous Tulum Maya settlement and 75 km to Cancún airport. Transfer to Cancún airport takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.
