 Very small room in need of decorating. Both received bites reckon from hotel so not cleanest

 We found the hotel in general very good. The only reservation is that we had a room which fronted on the main road for which there was excessive noise. Part of the problem is that the room window cannot/could not be tightly closed. But even if it could I suspect the noise would still be overly intrusive - would it be possible to improve on this by, for instance, double glazing?

The hotel is brand new and is equipped with wireless internet throughout the building. Furthermore, the hotel has 10 paying parking places which cannot be booked in advance.
