The quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations, as it was so close to all amenities and within walking distance of historic sites. The comfort of the hotel was first rate, all enquiries met with first class attention, and the quality of the food was wonderful. We would return again for another visit. Our fault we forgot to purchase our fridge magnet of Krakow from the indoor shop of the hotel. Large Shopping Centre within 10 minute walk of the hotel, situated beside the river Vistula so lovely walks in the evening, and the hotel has its own boat to provide lients with free riverboat trips.

Reception was courteous and professional Room was excellent, though there were no towels and had to be requested, They came quickly. Room cleanling was perfect. Breakfast was good , but dinner menu never changed . As a result we ate out more often than we may have wished. The final account was not mine .I was asked to pay for drinks from the room bar which I had not used but ,as the bill was a mere10ZL more than I calculated ,I did not protest. The taxi requested for the airport may not have been ordered. Good restaurants within 10 mins walk.

Facilities include an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception, lifts, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom. Furthermore, guests are able to take advantage of an on-site bar and restaurant, while room service with charge and parking for those arriving by car with charge complete the range of services offered. The non-smoking rooms are located in their own separate corridor in order to further ensure guests' comfort.
