Rather a way out of town. Disappointing breakfast (very disapponting considering the star rating). Excellent reception staff. Not too bad. Adequate. very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Definitely would not go back again.

An excellent hotel in all aspects although a little distance from the city centre. Would certainly stay here again.

Situated on a busy street, this 4-storey hotel was opened in 2004 and comprises 80 rooms of which 71 are double rooms, 6 are suites and 3 are apartments. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hire safes, a currency exchange desk and lifts in addition to a TV room, a newspaper stand, a café and an à la carte restaurant. A conference room is available and it is possible to gain access to the Internet. Room and laundry services, parking facilities and a kids' club round off the offerings.

This attractive hotel is located in a very well communicated area, just a few minutes from the motorway. The Jagiellonian University campus, the Papal Library as well as the Lord's Charity Sanctuary at Lagiewniki are all to be found in the near vicinity and it is just a few paces to a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues. The royal castle is a mere 2.5 km away. This is the ideal base from whence to explore Krakow and its surrounds, such as the Wieliczka salt mines, the winter sports resort of Zakopane, the former concentration camp of Ausschwitz and the pilgrimage destination of Czestochowa with the shrine of the Black Madonna.
