NONE ALTHOUGH BREAKFAST WAS QUITE GOOD. ARRIVED AT 10 AM BUT WERE UNABLE TO CHECK UNTIL 2PM.AFTER GETTING UP AT 3AM WITH A YOUNG CHILD I FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED ABOUT ANY CHECK IN TIMES.WE WERE BOOKED INTO A DOUBLE ROOM WITH 1 BED AND NOWHERE FOR OUR YOUNG CHILD TO SLEEP. HAD TO OBTAIN EXTRA TOWEL AND PILLOW AND HAD TO SHARE OUR BED WITH OUR CHILD.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND EASYJET SHOULD HAVE MADE THE HOTEL AWARE THAT WE HAD A CHILD BOOKED IN WITH US.ALSO NO BREAKFAST WAS ARRANGED FOR OUR CHILD SO ONE OF US HAD TO SHARE OUR BREAKFAST EACH DAY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! QUALITY OF ELECTRIC SOCKETS IN OUR ROOMS WERE UNACCEPTABE AS THEY WERE NOT SECURELY FITTED IN THE WALLS AND ON USING APPLIANCES ON 2 OCCASIONS THE SOCKET CAME FREE FROM THE WALL.THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED A SERIOUS ACCIDENT ESPECIALLY WITH A YOUNG CHILD IN THE ROOM.

Notre chambre d'hôtel était la chambre n°1, à proximité de la porte d'entrée. Très bruyant. De plus, des travaux s'effectuent juste à côté de l'hôtel : réveil garanti à 7 heures du matin. Pas très agréable lorsqu'on est en vacances !Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, difficile à trouver.

We found this hotel adequate for our short stay but the room was very small and not very well equipped. Bathroom was better than room. Noisy guests interupted our sleep on both nights. Distance from Krakow caused additional expense for bus/taxi. Nowhere to eat nearby. Hotel was clean but basic, staff pleasant
