Cheap hotel with a reasonable breakfast. Too far out from the city centre. 15 20 mins on a tram and we paid £9 one way for a taxi. Too far to walk into the centre. The rooms were clean but very basic. The curtains were hanging off and the metal window frames had not been cleaned in quite a while. Nothing. The hotel is on a busy main road next door to a Teso. We had to travel by tram or taxi to the entre and out for an evening meal.

Hotel was good value for money and was exactly what it proposed to be. Excellent travel links to the city centre and good information available at request. Cheap and cheerful.

hotel wasnt bad could of been alot better!

Hotel description

The city hotel was built in 1984 and has been completely renovated. It is spread over 4 floors and has a total of 64 rooms of which 5 are singles, 43 are doubles and 2 are suites. The hotels facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, a TV and conference room as well as a loft and car parking facilities. There is an à la carte restaurant as well as Internet access and a laundry service available. The garden provides space for guests to relax after a long day's sightseeing.

The hotel is located near to the centre of Krakow not far from the Wawel Royal Castle. Various shops and restaurants are situated just a hop, skip and a jump away. The city centre and various bars and clubs are easily reached on public transport. Krakow Balice airport is approximately 14 km from the hotel.
