 One member of staff at hotel reception was so miserable and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Amongst other things I could not begin to tell how we disliked the hotel as I might still be typing review in a few hours time.

 Very clean, lovely location, lots of restaurants nearby. Beach lovely pool lovely and cool!!  No hot food available when we stayed.  Shopping, eating, bars and beah.

 out in the sticks - pool small and not alot to do around the hotel and surrounding area, pool seemed dirty - no cleaning on it. staff were friendly and helpful. they all keep saying : AWOOGA

Completely renovated in 2001, this beach hotel comprises 3 floors with 69 rooms. This number includes 68 double rooms and 1 suite. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. There is also a café, a TV room and a bar as well as a lounge and an air-conditioned restaurant. An Internet terminal in addition to room and laundry services are on offer. Car parking facilities are to be found outside.

This hotel is situated on the road to Albufeira, only 800 m from the superb sandy beach Praia de Luisa. The centre of Albufeira is about 3 km from the hotel and there are many shops and entertainment venues to be found here. Bus services depart from stops in the immediate vicinity.
