 Had all the facillities of a 4*  Bad service, misinformed about the use of facilities and extra charges. No minibar or room service. Had to pay for ice and internet. gym and indoor pool not usable after 5pm (who wants to use these when the sun is shining!!). should be a 3*  Loation was good but whole area very expensive. might as well have got all-inlusive

 The hotel was very nice,the room nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Although breakfast every day contained the same range of food,there was plenty and you could easily have different breakfast each day. I guess the only drawback was the fact that the hotel is on the steep hill,however pesonally I did not mind that walk to the beach and back as kept me in shape.

 i booked another hotel initially, but after checking some comments from previous residents cancelled the booking in favour of your hotel. A good decision, next time we come to Albufeira we will stay at Estalagem do Cerro. Both my wife and myself had a great time with you.
 

Hotel description

The hotel was built in 1983 and completely renovated in the year 2004. It offers a total of 95 rooms spread over 5 floors, of which 2 are single rooms, 89 are double rooms and 4 are suites. Amongst the facilities count a stylish foyer with 3 lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. In addition, there is a games room, a TV room, several shops, a wine boutique, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Hotel guests may also take advantage of the public Internet terminal. Room and laundry services are available. Additional services include bicycle hire and a playground for the younger guests.

This attractive hotel is quietly situated, above the lively old town. Enjoying wonderful views out over the sea and Albufeira Bay, this hotel is just 350 m from the main beach and the town centre where scores of shopping and entertainment venues are located within walking distance.
