Built in 1990 and renovated in 2004, the hotel complex has apartments each with 4 floors without lift. The facilities include a 16-hour reception desk with a comfortable area, a hire safe, telephone, satellite TV, individual heating and kitchenette. The hotel also offers guests a coffee shop, restaurant and bar. In addition, the hotel features Internet access and laundry service.

All apartments have kitchenette, fridge, individual heating, a rental safe and direct telephone. The studios (T0) have only living room/sleeping room together with sofa bed, situated all of them on the ground-floor. The one bedroom apartments (T1) have sleeping room with 2 single beds plus sofa bed on the living room. The two bedroom apartments (T2) have two sleeping room with two single beds each one plus sofa bed on the living room. The apartments have no air conditioning, lifts or double beds.
Sports/Entertainment
An outdoor swimming pool for adults and children is available for guests' use. Snooker is also offered (for an additional charge). In addition, it offers a seasonal entertainment programme including playing football or volleyball on a court in the sand. A playground is also available.
Observations
It provides a reception service from 08:00 a.m untill 24:00p.m. (16 hours), cleaning 4 times a week, change of towels and linen once a week. Check in (after 15 pm), and check out (until 11am). Pool bar open from June til September. Sunloungers and parasols are available in Summer (June to September). Pets are not allowed.
