A very nice and modern hotel with great sea views. Everything was to a very satisfying standard including the breakfast. However I would strongly avoid having dinner at the hotel as the number of dishes are extremely limited and not particularly good. Try restaurants in Lagos instead and stick to local dishes such as baclau, squid or sardines. There are very few gastronomic choices around so the best thing is to stick to what they are good at.

Restuarant for an evening meal was rather characterless and you could get better and cheaper food with more 'atmosphere' by walking a short distance.. Breakfast was fine. With its position on a hilltop it can be quite windy.

Professionaly run hotel with high standards of cleanliness and a good standard of breakfast, topped off with spectacular views and great facilities. All in all a great stay..

  Located at Sagres main street, the hotel is only 200 metres from the centre and 300 metres from Martinhal beach. At a maximum distance of 30 km from the hotel one can find several quiet and beautiful beaches. The Sagres Fortress is the most important historical reference to the portuguese dicoveries period on the 15th century and the Saint Vincent Cape has one of the biggests light houses of Europe. The Parque da Floresta golf course is located near the hotel (17 km) and the city of Lagos distance 30 km from Sagres.

From Lisbon airpor take A2 direction Algarve. At the end take A22, Via do Infante, direction Portimão. Take 2nd exit to Lagos direction Vila do Bispo and at the 2nd roundabout follow directions to Sagres. From Faro airport take A22, Vila do Infante, direction Portimão.
