Hotel staff pleasent and helpful, rooms need updating, pool area was clean and well maintained with lots of loungers always avaliable, bar area was functional but lacked choice on menu. main evening bar was never open during stay. overall the hotel offered a pleasent stay but requires updating in certain areas.

Have stayed in your 1 bed aparts previously which were wonderful. This time we had a studio which was perfect for our needs but had a noisy family/2 children in the apart directly above who woke us around 6 every morning - moving furniture and running about! Would be a good idea if all families were in one area of the complex - I know the young couple in the next apart, to us had same problems with noise until late at night, believe they requested to be moved. We know to book a top apartment for another visit.

disappointed with lack of bar and restaurant facilities.
 

The hotel consists of a 2-storey main building and a 2 storey neighbouring building with a total of 54 apartments. The hotel complex has a lobby with a 24-hour reception and a 9,000m² garden. The TV room and the air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with children's high chairs invite guests to visit. Internet access, a bike cellar and bicycle hire are also available to guests. There is a games room available for children. Guests may park their cars in the car park.

  This attractive apartment hotel is ideally located between the holiday resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteira. The sandy beach is 300 m away, the centre of Quarteira approximately 1 km and Vilamoura marina 1.7 km away. There is an abundance of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Connections to the public transport network are a mere 200 m away.

The welcoming en suite rooms are fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access (on request), a fridge and a safe. A final cleaning service is included.
 Sports/Entertainment
The hotel includes an indoor swimming pool, a pool, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a sauna (for an additional charge). There is tennis, table tennis and pool (for an additional charge) available to sports' enthusiasts. There is a golf course approximately 2 km away.
 Observations
From the 1st November 2006, only breakfast is available and half-board is no longer bookable. The lobby bar offers further snacks and drinks. The opening times in the winter are 1st November - 30th May from 11 am - 6 pm. In the summer from the 1st June - 30th October, the hotel offers a pool bar which is open from 11am - 7 pm. 20 apartments include Internet access and the hotel also hires out a splitter.
